We have a 9 day fortnight model. This concept gives employees every second Friday off.
From a practical perspective this means;
We take 10 days into account and over those first 9 days, people work up their hours that they would normally have worked over 10 days. That typically might mean an extra half hour /day or a shorter lunch break.
Benefit:
All our employees can take every second Friday completely off. There’s no deduction in salary or annual leave. We also see increased productivity and increased job satisfaction with our team.
